You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-arealmon's own words
I just noticed today that I was charged ** dollars and change for something that was under * dollars. That made me look back at previous charges. I need to file a formal complaint, from what I see I have been charged over several hundred dollars in the last few months that I have audited. This is very disturbing. *If this doesn't get resolved today then I will begin to file with the BBB and consumer affairs and anyone else I find as I am researching this. I want to see how ling this has been going on. I deeply surprised at Apple and disappointed.
GetHuman-arealmon did not yet indicate what iTunes should do to make this right.
