Can't use PayPal for my iTunes account: my "edit Payment information" page says "Please sign in to PayPal to link again, or choose a different payment method." I have changed NOTHING in my iTunes account. The PayPal customer service rep tells me the iTunes link is STILL ACTIVE on their end, so I shouldn't need to bloody "link" again! WHAT is iTune's problem, really? z

You CAN fill out a problem message with a "have us call you" choice on Apples' online Help page. The rep called me within * minutes. She was not especially polite, but at least was able to determine where the problem was and suggest how to fix it (I switched the payment method to "Credit Card"--which worked* this indicated the problem was somehow on the PayPal side. I went to PayPal and cancelled my iTunes auto payment account entry, then went back to iTunes and changed the "edit Payment method" back to PayPal* this now enabled a link to PayPal, and I created a new PayPal auto payment account. Convoluted, but it worked. On the other hand, this "GetHuman" phone idea was a massive fail. No one called me through it.
