If you are looking to cancel an order go to the email with the purchase ID attached to it or within the email from Apple. You should be able to "Report" the purchase and therefore refund or cancel the purchase. You can also click https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. Click https://getsupport.apple.com/ then click “iTunes & Apple Music” then click “iTunes Store” and click “Connecting & Downloading”. Once the new page appears click “Downloads from iTunes Store incomplete or interrupted” you will be prompted to contact iTunes multiple ways. The best option from there in chatting which will have a time estimate on how long until you reach a live agent.

On Friday, Jan. *th, **** I purchased * $*** ITune cards from a Dollar General here in Indianapolis, Indiana. When I went to cash them in, they all showed they had already been used. Each card was intact when I bought them. So I have no idea how they could have been used already.I don't know what you need to give me my refund, but let me know and I will send it to you. That's $*** I need refunded.
