I have several apps that need to be updated, I can’t do the updating because when I try it goes to my iTunes password, I type my password in and almost immediate it says “ We’ve encountered an Issue, try again later “. I call and the recording says, “ you have a zero balance “. I have called and talked to customer service at Apple ITunes, they say “ call PayPal it’s them having the problem”, I called PayPal, they said I need to call iTunes and have them reissue the payment through PayPal. I’m very frustrated at this time I could just choke my husband! Paypal says that I have a zero balance but I got a text message saying that I owe $**.**, I don’t know why I owe the amount but apparently I do because I can’t do any updating, I would like to get this issue settled even if I have to pay the $**.**.
