The phone number 800-676-2775 will most likely send you to a link to solve the issue. You can also got to “Settings” on your device then click your name, “iTunes & Apple Store”. Once you confirm your identity in the app you will be brought to your purchases and subscription. You can challenge the purchase through the link by saying “I did not make this purchase”, you will then get a reply within 24 - 72 hours.

Hi there I have just found out that Fir the last ** months I have been paying for a Spotify $**.** per month and I never approved it and in the last month I decided to join Spotify and now wish to use it however I’m not on premium but paying **** per month can you please advise if we can get a credit for some of the time I paid when we didn’t use it. Can you advise how we can have premium on my account I look forward to hearing from you soon
