The phone number 800-676-2775 will most likely send you to a link to solve the issue. You can also got to “Settings” on your device then click your name, “iTunes & Apple Store”. Once you confirm your identity in the app you will be brought to your purchases and subscription. You can challenge the purchase through the link by saying “I did not make this purchase”, you will then get a reply within 24 - 72 hours.

Hi. On ******. I purchased about ** items on various game apps using the same credit card. Somehow the last purchase got declined an hour later for about **.** dollars. There is more than ***.** credit available on my card so the only thing might be that so many purchases in a short time. BUT the bigger issue is that when I tried to use a different card for purchases ITunes gave the message too many cards associated with my device. That is redicous. I should be able to use any number of credit or debit cards. This is my money and iTunes should not have any say in as how many cards I use. Now I can’t use any of my game apps if I need to update them or purchase additional items in my apps. Please straighten this out immediately. And no I am not going to stop using any of my credit cards. Thank you for the help
