Resolve erroneous invoice. Called * Apple numbers to finally speak with a "Live Agent"*Agent was customer- centric, knowleable & patient ... Received notice from apple-inc- for payment. I DON NOT use iTunes or have ANY Apple device. This is an erroneous charge. I would like a "Live Agent" to contact me as soon as possible to resolve & track who & what Apple or iTune this charge is for and how it came to me. Thank you in advance for your expeditious actions.**Sender - NOT VALID!!!!!!*Apple ******@***.com*

Please note: I had to call * Apple numbers to finally speak with a "Live Agent it took close to an hour to finally speak with one. Most frustrating!!! When I identified "billing" as issue recordings kept referring me to online access to resolve, which was not doable since I am not an iTunes or Apple user. The "Live Agent" Shaniqua was extremely customer-centric, knowledgeable & patient!!!
