I was talking with a guy at itunes( number disconnected now) about false charges on my Itunes account of $***.. he’s said I have to buy some iTunes card for $***...to get my credit back plus the cost of the card... I was call the * this morning to make sure I was getting things correct and * a week later disconnected.... so I need to know my next steps ASAP because I need my $$$$
I trust that iTunes will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
