Last Tuesday evening, I placed an order for a black pair of Nike Uptempos for $44.50 through my mom. The website indicated a delivery time of 3 - 5 days, but it has been 7 days since the order. I feel unsure if there was an issue with the order. I'm starting to feel frustrated with this site as I haven't received my order yet. I want to address this promptly to ensure the correct delivery address is used. After completing the order, I was prompted to click an option to continue, but I selected the main menu instead. My mom had already entered her card information, so I'm concerned about the outcome. I'm eagerly waiting for my shoes, which should have arrived by now.

Hello, my name is Penny Stewart, and my username name is pennyanne83. I am experiencing difficulty logging in as I used an old email address, [redacted], that I no longer have the password for. I am unsure if I checked out as a guest during my purchase. I have bought three items which are a pair of Rayban sunglasses, a pair of Fenty Puma Slides in black size 9.5, and a Kylie Jenner Lipstick and liner in the shade Mary Jo K. I have paid in full and am concerned that I may not receive my order. I purchased these items for my daughter who is ill, and I wanted to surprise her to lift her spirits during her hospital stay. Unfortunately, using the old email was a mistake on my part. I want to confirm that my order is on track for delivery within 2-3 weeks. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. I ordered around 15 items back in early February. Most have arrived, but 6 items are still missing. I've contacted the sellers listed below, but they have been unresponsive, only telling me to be patient. It's now May 28, [redacted], 1:28 PM, and I'm left with no choice but to request a refund and consider taking legal action. I just want my products or a refund, but I'm getting nothing in return. These sellers have taken my money and failed to take responsibility for their actions. 1. Shibaojian669 - I paid $17.99 plus shipping for the wrong size Gucci sandal flip flop. 2. XIAOLAN85 - I have not received two Supreme red man wallets. I want a refund of $11.70 plus shipping. 3. Jiankangfugui - I'm still waiting for the rose gold women's Michael Kors watch. I request a refund of $4.99 plus shipping. 4. LAICAI888 - The two pairs of black and white Adidas Yeezy size 12 for kids have not been delivered. I demand a refund of $29.98 plus shipping. I am missing several items, including a pair of Gucci sunglasses for $[redacted], Gucci sneakers valued at $[redacted], Adidas tennis shoes for $70, a Louis Vuitton handbag priced at $[redacted].98, and a Michael Kors wallet for $27.70. I ordered these items back in March and have not received any of them. I keep getting the runaround from customer service, with them saying they are checking with the Postal Service to locate the packages. Despite receiving messages inquiring about receiving the items, I have not. I am very unsatisfied with the long wait and lack of progress. I hope my products can be located or I receive a refund promptly, as waiting over two months for my order is unreasonable.

I'm having trouble tracking the item I purchased from iOffer. I bought two shirts on June 15th or 16th and was informed they would arrive by June 19th. However, I have not received my order yet. I would like to know the status of my purchase as the payment has been debited from my account.

I made a purchase of a purse from a seller on the site on April 27th. Unfortunately, the purse has not been delivered, and the seller's only response was to ask for patience. The tracking number is not functioning, and I have already requested a refund. It appears the seller is no longer active on the site, with no available customer service number and only a P.O. box address listed. Furthermore, I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank account from a suspicious website in São Paulo. I demand a refund for my purchase. Interestingly, after I reported the fraudulent charges and changed my account information, the seller suddenly became unresponsive and inactive. The seller's username was ck122010, and my order number was #[redacted]8. If I do not receive assistance from ioffer.com, I may need to report them as a fraudulent site and pursue legal action.

I made a purchase in March and I am yet to receive my package. The seller, ditto689, has not provided tracking information despite my requests. They only ask for patience, claiming the package is still in transit. I have been waiting for three months with no progress or refund after my attempt to contact them was ignored. I believe this seller should be banned from your platform and all retail. I plan to reach out to the BBB and the fraud department for assistance with this matter. I have purchased sneakers from IOffer, and I am unsure of their current whereabouts. The seller has not provided a tracking number despite my requests, only responding with a prompt asking for the size I want. While I have received a watch and a basketball jersey I ordered, one pair of sneakers with a tracking number is on its way. However, the other pair of sneakers, which lacks a tracking number and any information, has not arrived by the promised date of July 13th. As a disabled individual who relies on online shopping, it is frustrating to lack crucial information as a paying customer. I have attempted multiple times to use my credit card for a purchase with a specific merchant, but each time it has been unsuccessful. They are now threatening to give me a negative rating for nonpayment, even though the issue seems to be on their end as my card is working fine on other sites like iOffer. After a month from the date of my request, I went to the post office and was informed that the item had been returned because 15 days had passed and I had not collected it. The issue is that the mail carrier did not leave me the required notification that the item was at the office. I am contacting you for assistance because, two months after the return, the seller is unwilling to provide a resolution. They are only offering a refund or to resend the shoes. Can you help me? I am extremely dissatisfied with the current service. Initially, I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers in size 10 instead of my actual size 12.5. Despite addressing that issue, I encountered another problem when I ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers on the same day and they did not arrive by the estimated date. The website continuously displayed a past due notification in bold red, but tracking information was not provided by the seller, even after multiple requests. To my surprise, I received an email today stating that my sneakers were delivered to Belgium on the 13th, although just yesterday the site indicated they were past due. This inconsistency is unacceptable. I demand a full refund promptly. It is essential that this issue is resolved immediately as I cannot afford to lose money. The seller must be reported for their misleading actions and poor customer service. Living in Pennsylvania, USA, I find it baffling that my order was shipped to Belgium. This situation must be rectified without further delay.

I had a terrible experience with this company. After buying a pair of shoes, the support staff informed me that the seller was no longer allowed to do business, and I should not pay. Despite already paying, I am still waiting for my refund. This place has no phone support or live chat, making it impossible to get help. Stick to websites like eBay where they treat you better. Cancelling a paid order half an hour later is unacceptable. They need to improve their customer service and be more responsive.

Hello, As previously mentioned, I haven't received two orders of "Glossy Rain Boots Waterproof Women Wellies Boots [redacted]%." The sellers not only failed to refund me but also charged me more than the correct amount. The first seller, with the username meihuddrsk889863, charged me €13.15 instead of €11.95, and I have not received the product. On the other hand, the seller xiangfei2389 charged me €18.43 while the item's price was €16.08, which I also have not received. This is the only way to reach out to you and have this matter resolved as there is no customer service email available. If the refund for these items is not issued, I will proceed with filing a complaint.
