Placing an order used to be straightforward here, but now it's taken me an hour to complete just one! My credit card company confirmed that there is no verification number associated with my order for $80.13 placed today. I am frustrated by the need to verify my order; it seems unnecessary. Discover informed me there is no number provided. On September 11, I placed an order on the iHerb website and paid using my personal credit card, totaling nearly $[redacted]. Two days later, on September 13, I was asked by iHerb to pay the verification amount again. Despite this, I hadn't received any information about my order. Upon contacting customer service and explaining my payments, I was informed that they would verify me soon, but there was no mention of my order. On September 15, I noticed that $1.56 was refunded to my credit card, indicating that the verification process might be complete. However, my order still hadn't been shipped even after 5 days since payment. Despite this, I decided to place another order for my Mom, totaling almost $[redacted], using the same credit card. The following day, September 16, I checked my iHerb account for updates on my orders but found none. On September 17, when attempting to log in, I was surprised to find my account blocked due to suspicious activity. Despite reaching out to iHerb, I only encountered a robotic messaging system. An email later instructed me to sign in to resolve my issue, which was quite ironic given my current situation of no refunds, no shipped orders, and a blocked account. Can anyone provide assistance?

I placed an order on 9/16/21 for several products with order number #[redacted]11. Despite the initial estimated delivery between the 17th and 20th, as of the 21st, the tracking information only shows the package in transit without an expected delivery date. This delay is concerning as one of the items is crucial for health reasons. I usually experience swift deliveries from iHerb, but this time it's been 8 days since ordering. I have been a loyal iHerb customer for years, frequently ordering without any issues. I have been pleased with the outstanding service and often recommend the company to others. However, I am now concerned about my last two orders. I typically take advantage of the free postage for orders over $[redacted], but on my recent order totaling $[redacted].24, I was charged an additional $30 for postage, bringing the total to $[redacted].93. In my previous order, I was charged an extra $50 for what I assume is US postage. As an Australian customer, this additional charge was unexpected and difficult for me as a senior on a fixed income. I request a credit or refund for these overcharges to continue ordering from iHerb. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly by the manager. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hello, I am still facing the unresolved issue below. It has been 60 days, and I have yet to receive the promised refund from iHerb. After contacting my bank, they have confirmed no receipt of the specific funds meant for me. My bank recommended reaching out to iHerb again to address this with their payment handling bank. I recently received a notification about a package I never got. I was given order number [redacted]75. The package was sent to the wrong address initially despite my requests for correction. I was informed by email that it was sent to Tagore 38, but I couldn't find it at Dr Clean as specified. After this frustrating experience, I am requesting a refund. I've been a loyal customer for years and this situation is unprecedented. I may have to explore alternative sources for my health product needs due to this poor service.

Good day! This is my second appeal regarding my recent order. I received the package yesterday and unfortunately, it arrived in poor condition. The hair gel had spilled all over the box, damaging the items inside which appeared crushed. The lack of protective film on the patches and face cream is concerning as it raises questions about the product's safety and hygiene. The absence of a protective film on the gel jar likely caused the spill. Additionally, the beard oil box was damaged, and the beard cream seemed previously used. I would like a refund for this order and can provide photos as evidence. How should I proceed with this request? Thank you.

I am concerned about a recent order I placed using my account. I paid with PayPal on Saturday, but when I checked today, I couldn't locate the order details even though it was completed. Strangely, my account now shows a USA postal code for a place called Pierre, which is unfamiliar to me. I re-ordered the item under order number [redacted]33. Can you please verify if the order was duplicated? I also noticed a problem with my shopping cart. When my account language was set to English, my cart showed 0 items. Only after switching to Hebrew did I see the items. I prefer using English, so I'd like this issue resolved for smooth future purchases. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I purchased seven hair dyes that arrived leaking due to broken packaging. I attempted to return them but was rejected. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have always trusted your reputation for quality. This evident mistake in packaging should not result in the customer bearing the loss caused by your error.

I wanted to share my experience with a recent delivery. On December 2nd at 10:17 AM, my package was delivered by Lasership to bev condra at [redacted] Villa Crest Dr, Nashville, TN 37[redacted]. While I appreciate the delivery, I was disappointed to find that the delivery person, a man in a light blue Toyota van, chose to leave the box on the sidewalk rather than on the covered porch just a few steps away. Thankfully, the weather was nice and I noticed the package shortly after it was left there. Wishing you all a happy holiday season!

My current address differs from the courier address and Aramex requested a Bank statement aligning with the shipping address, which I uploaded twice. Despite this, I keep receiving emails stating my package is on hold due to missing documents. The phone numbers given are incorrect, preventing me from reaching out for assistance. Hello, Thank you for your prompt reply. I still have some concerns regarding my order number [redacted]74. Firstly, I received a refund, but I would prefer to receive the missing items instead of a refund. I did not request a refund because I have not yet received the items, I paid extra for shipping, and now the prices are different with no 20% discount code (BF2021). Secondly, the refund I received does not match the price of the missing goods outlined in the invoice for order [redacted]74. There are 9 missing items as per the invoice. These include positions 1 (2pcs), 3 (1pc), 6 (2pcs), 12 (2pcs), 18 (2pcs), 20 (1pc), 21 (1pc), 25 (1pc), and 31 (1pc). The total price of these items in NOK was [redacted].4, but I only received [redacted].24 NOK. In conclusion, I would appreciate it if iHerb could provide a solution where I return the refund of [redacted].24 NOK for the missing items, and iHerb covers the shipping costs. My order from 11/26/21 with number [redacted]87 was not delivered. I contacted the virtual assistant during the week of 12/1, and they assured me the order would be redelivered after providing my phone number for the driver to call for gate access. However, I have not received any communication since. I have been a loyal iHerb customer since [redacted] but have been disappointed with the recent service. I request the delivery to [redacted] Oak St., Spc 14, Lomita, CA, contact number [redacted]. If iHerb cannot fulfill this, please cancel the order and refund my credit card. I anticipated the delivery of my order today, only to discover an email indicating that my order has not even been processed due to a "small charge verification" requirement. As a customer who does not check my emails regularly and does not typically contact my credit card company for each purchase, this process does not align with my expectations. I had planned to expedite the delivery for a trip this weekend, yet the delay in processing the order for verification purposes has led me to request the cancellation of my order. I trust physical stores for payment without additional verifications, and this experience has caused me to reconsider my future purchases from your company. I prefer not to go through a verification process for every transaction, and this incident has resulted in the loss of my future business and recommendation.

I received the incorrect item in my order from iHerb. I ordered Bluebonnet Vitamin C, but instead received Bluebonnet No Flush Niacin. When I tried to request a refund through the website, it repeatedly gave me an error message after submitting all the necessary details and uploading a photo. After multiple failed attempts, I emailed iHerb with the product details and photo, but they twice responded asking for the same information again. It's frustrating as I didn't order the product I received and just want a refund.

Order number #[redacted]46 has missing items - Solgar Chromium Picolinate 200mcg and Country Life B-Complex. These items are charged on the invoice, but not listed in the shipped items. I am unable to report this discrepancy on my online account. I have attempted to contact customer service by phone multiple times with no success. I am looking for assistance in resolving this issue.

My previous email address, [redacted], has been compromised and I can no longer access it due to hacking. I want to update it to [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't use the online account features to do this as I can't verify the change request through my old email. Since phone customer service is no longer available, how can the automated review-fix method possibly address my unique issue? Can it really understand my problem without a human touch? I authorize you to access my account and make the necessary changes.
