I have made an order with you today*Order Number:***********After this i realized that i have been charged twice. I contacted my bank after few hours allowing the extra payment transaction to revert, but this*never happened. My back connected with Visa and they reverted with the answer that the payment has been taken twice by you but nothing reverted back!, and nothing will unless you push it from your side*I tried to report this to your chat (someone called Vincent) but he simply said thanks for your feedback and you have to wait. He said so without even checking with accounts or finance. I asked him if he did and he said no and the normal procedures that i have to wait. This is a very poor customer service that you have to deal with.**Anyway, now i need to know when my payment will revert*Those are the two visa transactions******* and *******Please revert**Amal A.
