I was trying to get a replacement bottle because the one mailed was broken as a result of improper packaging. ... I sent photos of my damaged Sinus Plus Formula (broken bottle), but no one responded. I need a new bottle immediately.**Please acknowledge that you received my photos of the broken bottle.**To resolve the problem, please send me a new bottle of Sinus Plus Formula immediately to replace the broken one.
This was especially frustrating because no one responds.
I need the product immediately to treat my sinus condition.
I've ordered products from IHerb for a couple of years now.
I've sent photos of the broken bottle in previous messages that have not been acknowledged.
