I am seeking assistance to address an issue with the customer service team. On 7/19, I was informed that I won in the #ReimagineVIPSweepstakes. I promptly replied within the time frame despite my busy schedule as an Associate Director at a pharmaceutical company, eagerly awaiting further instructions from iHeartRadio. However, no one contacted me, and yesterday I was informed via Twitter that another winner was chosen since they couldn't reach me. I diligently check my messages and was expecting communication from iHeartRadio. I seek resolution as I believe I am a valid winner and complied with all requirements for the prize. I have contacted Bob Pittman at iHeartRadio regarding this matter as well. Thank you. - T.D.

I have been a member of HitPredictor since [redacted], affiliated with your company. I regularly rate songs on the site and receive payment promptly for my ratings. Recently, on 02/07/19, I participated in the 1 Day Music Alert promotion, which promised a $5 Amazon e-reward for rating 5 songs. However, as of 02/13/19, I have not yet received the e-reward as expected. Typically, the gift code is emailed promptly within a few days, but this time there has been a delay. I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my earned Amazon e-reward and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Unfortunately, HitPredictor does not offer any contact information for me to address this issue directly with them. Thank you for your help with this matter.

It is challenging to reach a live person at IHEART RADIO. After trying the posted number on GETHUMAN, [redacted], I found it to be unhelpful. Eventually, through trial and error, I navigated their internal phone system and spoke to a representative. They provided the genuine Toll-Free Customer Support number, which is [redacted]. My issue arose when I mistakenly believed that sending a cancellation request via mail to their email address would suffice. Although I received a confirmation email, it turns out I needed to follow a 12-step process on APPLE.COM iTunes store to cancel. It is frustrating that IHEARTRADIO outsources this task to Apple instead of simplifying the process. I have encountered several disgruntled customers facing similar billing issues despite requesting cancellations. It took me over a week to get a response regarding my cancellation request. The complex cancellation process reflects poorly on the company's customer service.

I own SparkX Radio and have been receiving numerous reports from my listeners about not being able to access the on-demand app on Comcast TV through the Comcast Xfinity app. The error message "Unable to retrieve streams at the moment" keeps popping up when trying to play the station. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me at [redacted] to address this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card from iHeartMedia, and I did not subscribe to their service. I am concerned about this recurring issue and the impact it is having on my account balance. My financial situation is tight due to unemployment, and I need this charge removed promptly before it debits my account. The transaction is still pending, and I hope to have it reversed with urgent attention. Thank you.

It seems like Boston Mike in Iowa City enjoys causing trouble online, specifically with Jeff Hacker. Jeff seems to have various profiles and received criticism for his behavior, leading to some entertaining exchanges between them. Despite the negativity, Jeff's response to criticism and subsequent interactions create a humorous situation. It appears that both individuals are engaged in a back-and-forth exchange of insults and banter.

I am appalled by the experience my daughter had with iHeartRadio's contest prize from Lodging Group LLC. Initially told she won two vacations, she paid $[redacted] upfront only to find out it was for a timeshare presentation. Further charges for resort fees and a misleading room in Vegas have left her with a costly and disappointing trip ahead. The company's requirement for her to lie about her income for eligibility is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed in iHeartRadio's affiliation with this unscrupulous company and urge them to sever ties with Lodging Group LLC to protect their brand and customers from such deceptive practices. My daughter's expensive lesson should not be in vain, and I hope by sharing this, others can avoid falling victim to similar scams in the future.

I recently called into the Gary and Eric IHeart Radio Show, [redacted] AM in NH to share my positive opinion on the day's hearings. Unfortunately, despite waiting patiently after being hung up on twice by the screener, I was never connected to the show. Gary and Eric discussed their need for sleep but didn't address callers waiting on the line. It seemed like I was repeatedly put on hold without being brought into the conversation. It appeared that they might have intentionally avoided letting me speak, although I can't prove it. It was disappointing to wait on the line while they requested more callers without getting a chance to share my opinion. I hope this feedback reaches them, as I suspect they were aware of the situation during the show.

On January 14, iHeart Media announced a "new organizational structure" on their website, leading to the layoffs of [redacted].3 KISS FM host Todd Alan and WOC host Dave Levora, along with other QC radio hosts. However, the status of host Jim Fisher remains unconfirmed. These sudden changes have caused dissatisfaction among loyal customers who valued the local celebrities' presence on the radio station.

When will these reruns of Rush Limbaugh be over? I listened to Rush from day one for many years to know the truth about what was going on, along with Mark Levin. I have stopped listening to Rush's show as it has turned into morbid BS. Rush is irreplaceable. Considering what is happening in the country, it's essential to have another show similar to Rush's to uncover the truth. I am saddened by Rush's loss, and I will not listen until then. Please do not replace Rush with Mark Steyn. I won't listen to someone who's not a citizen of my country telling me how messed up it is. I find that as unfunny as discovering I had aheart attack. I absolutely refuse to listen to him! - Michael A. from Ocklawaha, FL.

Dear I-Heart Media Staff, I wanted to express my preference for listening to out-of-state radio stations like KFI, KOST from Los Angeles, and WOR Radio from New York City. I am AL Matasy from Youngstown, Ohio. In the past, I used to stream these radio stations and enjoy everything, including local ads from Los Angeles and New York City. Recently, I noticed a change where I-Heart Media started playing ads from Youngstown, Ohio, followed by ads from Los Angeles or New York City. However, currently, it seems like there are only ads from the Youngstown area being repeated constantly. I believe it would be better to play a few local Youngstown ads and then switch to the city whose radio ads we are listening to. The radio experience on the internet is not the same as traditional radio, and I think it's time to revert to how it used to be. Best, AL Matasy

I recently won a prize from STAR 94.1 thanks to Shelley and the morning team. The prize included a hotel stay, Seaworld tickets, and water sports activities, which got me really excited since I've been a longtime listener. However, when I tried to claim my prize, I was given a very short time window for pickup. As a teacher who commutes an hour and a half away, I couldn't make it within that timeframe due to work constraints and the lack of available substitutes. I understand the limits imposed by Covid, but I was hoping for some flexibility, like allowing my husband or daughter to pick it up or having it mailed. Unfortunately, I had to forfeit the prize due to the strict rules. It was disappointing, considering how thrilled I was about winning. I just wanted to express my disappointment with the situation.

While listening to the Black Information Network, I heard a message from Susie Orman recommending against having a joint bank account with a partner. However, many other financial experts believe that combining finances can help couples grow together in financial literacy. They suggest having a joint account along with individual accounts to strengthen the relationship. One approach could be to have a signed agreement detailing how to split the account equally if needed. It's important to consider both perspectives on this matter to start the financial journey positively and ensure a strong relationship. For more insights on this topic, feel free to reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you. - Keith B.

I have reached out multiple times via the iHeart Radio app for assistance with changing my email address associated with my account. I used to receive responses regarding my concerns, but now I have not heard back after two recent requests in the past few days. I want to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted] due to excessive spam. Kindly assist me in making this change. You can contact me at my current email, [redacted], or the new one, [redacted] Thank you.

I think iheart Media owns Memotome.com, a reminder service. Unfortunately, I am locked out of my account and unable to regain access through the website's options. Despite reaching out multiple times through emails, I have not received any responses from Memotome.com. I am reaching out here in hopes that someone can assist me in recovering my account, as I have important data saved there that I cannot replace without access to Memotome.com. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, H.
