I have bought a new Android cell phone after having used iGO on my old (Android) phone. I have installed iGO on the new phone, used the * days trial and then tried to get my old maps on the phone by tapping “Restore purchases”. After a few seconds of sychronising an error message appears (translated): “an unexpected error occurred (***)”.*I have switches the phone off and on, removed and reinstalled iGO and applied the “reset to default” option in settings. However, the message is still appearing.*What can I do?

It takes iGO several weeks to explain what the error message means. I am still waiting. To buy a navigator of a different brand is probably the most practical solution.
