I urgently need to withdraw my funds, which amount to only $21, to purchase life-sustaining medication. Following a stroke, it's crucial I take my medication daily. Despite being informed it would take 48 hours, I only received an email confirming it was forwarded to the appropriate department. I'm also anticipating a refund for an error back to my account, waiting the standard 3-5 business days for processing. As this withdrawal is my sole recourse, and with time running out, it's imperative I resolve this to reach the pharmacy within the next 2 hours. I've exhausted all other avenues. Should they require proof of my medical condition, I'm ready to provide my medical records via email or messenger. My utmost gratitude, Jamie B.

Since July [redacted], I have been attempting to access my iBotta account to withdraw my $[redacted].00 balance. Despite multiple emails to their support team, the issue remains unresolved. I have followed all their instructions, including manual resets to my original email, but I never received the password reset link. This process has repeated several times, generating new support tickets each time. I have checked all folders for emails from iBotta, including spam, but to no avail. It feels like I am stuck in a loop for over a year with seemingly automated responses. The statement that iBotta is not obligated to provide support adds to the frustration. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Upon multiple failed login attempts, I received an error message stating, "Something went wrong." I proceeded to reset my password, and though I was able to do so using the reset link sent to my email, the same error message persisted upon login. Concerned, I came across a clause indicating potential deactivation for accounts in violation of terms related to counterfeit receipts. As a user who has only made one online purchase through the app without requiring a receipt, this clause does not apply to me. Despite being informed of a credit for my purchase, I have been unable to access it due to continued login issues on both my computer and mobile device. If I do not receive the credit soon, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the BBB and share my experience with others via social media and YouTube, as I have discovered similar challenges faced by fellow users.

I have been waiting for over 24 hours for a response regarding missing credits from my shopping trip at Hannaford on November 18th. Specifically, I am missing credits for Loves diapers and other offers linked to my customer service card connected to my Ibotta account. My ticket number is [redacted], and I have already provided copies of both receipts in my initial request for assistance. I hope to hear from an Ibotta customer service representative soon regarding this matter. I have not received credit for diapers purchased since September, and it is affecting me as I have a 5-month-old son who requires frequent diaper changes. I buy diapers from Hannaford every other week using my rewards card, and the missing credits for brands like Pampers or Loves amount to $3 each time since September. Despite my attempts to resolve this by contacting customer service, I am repeatedly asked for receipts, which I assumed were unnecessary since my rewards card is linked to my Ibotta account.

I need assistance with cashing out my earnings from ibotta. I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to use gift cards, PayPal, or my bank account as options. The platform indicates that I have to verify my email first. Despite requesting the verification email multiple times, I have thoroughly checked my inbox, junk, and spam folders but have not received it. I have also tried resending it through the ibotta app with no success. I have verified that my email address is accurate with correct spelling. Unfortunately, not being able to verify my account is preventing me from accessing my funds, which I was hoping to use for Christmas gifts. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to withdraw my earnings but got locked out of my account without realizing it. I followed the instructions provided to unlock my account, logging out from the settings, then proceeding to the forgot password option. Despite resetting the password via email and the mobile app, I am still unable to access my account. In Alexandria, Louisiana, Dollar General stores do not sell alcohol, unlike other locations. Dollar General is a popular shopping destination here, akin to Walmart, especially for those without easy access to transportation. Unfortunately, this means I miss out on receiving credit for purchases made at Dollar General for Walmart offers on Ibotta. This poses a challenge for me as my mom, a Dollar General enthusiast, frequently shops there due to its proximity.

I am experiencing difficulties transferring my phone number on Ibotta to the only phone I have access to. I have sent a ticket over a week ago to have this matter resolved. The email linked to my account is [redacted] I am eager for Ibotta to address this promptly as I need to withdraw my earnings.

Last night, while I was in a store on 12/5/[redacted] intending to make a purchase, my phone was stolen from my jacket pocket. Upon reaching the counter, I noticed my phone was missing. A sales clerk informed me that someone had tried to make a purchase with my phone and a gift card, but the transaction was denied. I appreciate Ibotta for declining that purchase. After shutting down my phone, I checked my bank account to find an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].90 to Bed Bath & Beyond. The fraudulent purchase was made before the stolen gift card was used, thanks to locking my phone. I'm seeking assistance to reverse this charge and refund for the unauthorized gift card purchase. If unable to resolve this, I will contact my bank to report the fraudulent charge. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you. - L.S.

I am facing difficulties setting up my account as each attempt results in an error. My son, who works in IT security for a State Government department, has examined it but couldn't find any obvious issues. Despite his expertise and experience of 12-15 years in this field with a Master's degree, the problem persists. He recommended reaching out for assistance via call or email. Could someone provide prompt help? I highlight these details not to boast, but to express my earnest efforts and the urgency of the matter. Your prompt support is highly appreciated. Thank you, Dave.

Yesterday, I went to the grocery store and purchased items to redeem rebates on Ibotta. Today, when I attempted to withdraw the funds, I discovered that my Ibotta account was locked. I urgently need this money, especially during the holiday season, but it seems like a resolution won't be immediate. I've lodged a support ticket, but given that it's the weekend, I doubt I'll receive a prompt response. Additionally, I've heard that their response times are generally slow.

I have encountered difficulties accessing my Ibotta account as I'm unable to reset my password using my email address. Despite being a member since August [redacted] with a current balance of $[redacted], the system does not recognize my login credentials. Saving for a new dishwasher, this account is crucial for my household saving goals. I would be grateful for a solution that allows me to access my funds without constant login issues. Thank you, B. I need assistance linking my Walmart app and Ibotta app. Despite multiple attempts, they do not seem to be connecting. I've made purchases through the Walmart app thinking they were linked, but then I received an email from Ibotta stating otherwise after placing a pickup order with Walmart. This issue has caused inconvenience as I haven't received the credit I was expecting from Ibotta for these purchases. I can provide receipts from Walmart emails as proof of purchase. I truly enjoy using the Ibotta app, but not receiving the credits for my purchases is discouraging. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your understanding. 😊

I need assistance with my account as it has become quite frustrating. I am explaining the issue and requesting information about a gift card. I previously entered my bank details and believed the transaction was successful, but it was not. I have provided images and described the problem. Despite numerous attempts, I cannot resolve it by myself. Just before Thanksgiving, I presumed the funds were deposited into my account, but this was not the case. Now, my husband's email is linked even though he has never used Ibotta. Thank you.

I've been using the Ibotta app and currently have nearly $90 in my account. However, after switching phone services, I'm having trouble connecting the app and it prompts me to load the new app, which isn't working. I need to access my account. My contact number is [redacted]. My name is Lovell W. My account password is *Karaella4. I have two email accounts - [redacted] and [redacted] - but I'm unsure which one I used for registration.

Hello, I had $17 and change in my account before my phone broke. I couldn't transfer everything to my new phone, so I had to set up a new account. After downloading Ibotta again, I can't find my old account with the money. Now it's showing a balance of zero. Can anyone assist me in locating my original account with the balance close to $17 to pursue a $20 gift card? Thank you.

I have been attempting to reach out to your customer service team for several weeks without success. I am facing issues accessing my savings account, which I have diligently earned through hard work. Despite following all necessary procedures, including updating my phone number as requested, I am still unable to gain access. As a loyal customer, I would like to be able to withdraw my funds; however, this ongoing problem is very frustrating. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

A few days ago, I attempted to transfer funds from my Ibotta account to PayPal to access my cash rewards. Due to my small phone screen and keyboard, I mistakenly entered my password multiple times, resulting in my account being locked. Despite submitting help tickets, I only received automated responses. I was eager to withdraw the cash for my Christmas shopping, earned through purchasing suggested products on Ibotta. I tried changing my password, disassociating and reassociating my Facebook account, and following other suggestions from Ibotta's help documentation. Unfortunately, I remain unable to transfer the cash out of my account, even though I can continue adding purchases for rewards. Being locked out of my account should receive prompt attention, especially since the primary purpose is to receive cash back. Despite completing verification steps, like changing my password and using telephone codes, my account remains locked, and I have yet to receive a response from Ibotta to resolve this issue.
