I have been trying to withdraw my earnings for over a week, but I am unable to do so because I changed my phone number. The app does not allow me to update my number myself. Despite reaching out to Ibotta multiple times, all I have received are acknowledgement emails stating that I am in a queue. While I did get one email requesting additional information, even after providing my name, date of birth, all email addresses associated with my account, my old and new phone numbers, I am still waiting for a resolution. I find it odd since I have used Ibotta for years and updated my phone number earlier this year. It is frustrating to face difficulties changing my number to verify my device for withdrawal.

I mistakenly used Ibotta Pay at Home Depot without completing the transaction properly. After entering the amount in the app and exiting without scanning the code, my bank account was charged twice – once by my credit card and once by Ibotta Pay. I have reached out to Home Depot, but they couldn't help. I also emailed Ibotta but received an automated response. I contacted Chase multiple times until they promised to look into the issue and potentially refund one of the charges.

I am trying to withdraw funds from my Ibotta account and need to update my phone number as I no longer have access to the one on file. I'd like to change it to [redacted]. I am having difficulty cashing out with PayPal on Ibotta as it keeps showing there is a different phone number linked to my account. I have used the same phone number since I joined and have cashed out multiple times before without any issues. I have reached out to customer support multiple times without a resolution. It appears Ibotta now requires device verification before transferring funds to PayPal, which I find frustrating as PayPal is email-based, not phone-based. Despite having the same number for many years, they seem to have a different one on record. I have even tried to send a payment request through PayPal, but it has been ignored. My email addresses and phone number are all correctly linked to my PayPal account. This problem has been ongoing for two months, and I just want Ibotta to associate my correct number so I can receive my funds promptly as I have in the past.

I have been using the Ibotta app for several months now and have encountered multiple issues with my account getting locked, conveniently each time I try to withdraw my earnings. This is the fourth time my account has been blocked just as I reached the $20 withdrawal threshold. I have accumulated over $[redacted] in rebates and have not done anything to warrant my account being locked. I am frustrated by this recurring problem and am considering seeking legal advice as I suspect I am not the only one facing issues with Ibotta withholding funds. I remember a similar case with the app Postmates that resulted in a $2.7 million lawsuit for mishandling users' money. I hope that my $24 withdrawal does not escalate into a larger problem.

I have been a user of Ibotta for over six months now without any issues. I primarily used gift cards until recently when I linked my PayPal account. After successfully testing a withdrawal, I encountered problems when attempting another transfer. Despite trying to revert my email back to its initial address, I still face challenges withdrawing funds through PayPal or as gift cards. The app is essential to me, so I hope to resolve this matter soon.

I have been trying to withdraw my earnings for several days and every time I attempt, an SDK error code appears. Despite following all the troubleshooting suggestions on the site, the issue remains unresolved. I have also sent multiple emails regarding this matter, but I have not received any response from Ibotta. Today, I checked the status of my requests only to find them marked as "solved" without any communication from Ibotta. I am seeking clarification on why I am experiencing difficulty transferring money to PayPal. If there is an error on my end, I would appreciate guidance on how to rectify it. If the issue persists, I am willing to initiate the process to delete my account and return the items purchased with cash back offers. I am currently locked out of my account and unable to withdraw my earnings. I suspect this issue may be related to my Walmart receipts, possibly from accidentally reusing the same one too many times. This was an unintentional mistake as I have never encountered this problem before. I am a devoted Ibotta user who frequently recommends your service to friends and family, as I genuinely enjoy using Ibotta. I was in the process of withdrawing my earnings to purchase a $20 Amazon gift card for Mother's Day, as I am unable to visit my mother due to being stationed on a military base. This situation is upsetting and causing me inconvenience. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and providing guidance on how to prevent such errors in the future. I uploaded my receipt and scanned all my groceries yesterday. Unfortunately, the store name Bi-Lo was not visible on the receipt, so I did not receive credit. I no longer have the receipt, but I have a printed list of the groceries purchased from that Bi-Lo store. I'm hoping to receive credit for these items. Your assistance in resolving this matter would allow me to have confidence in using the Ibotta app and ensure I receive the compensation I'm entitled to. Thank you.

I visited Lowe's in Hazleton, PA on May 23, [redacted]. At checkout, I used PAY WITH IBOTTA. I bought two items, including a $25 QVC gift card, totaling $44.06. I entered the total and received 3% cash back of $1.32. The Ibotta gift card number is 6[redacted] 9[redacted] [redacted] with pin [redacted]. The cashier mentioned I couldn't use a gift card to purchase another gift card. I then offered to pay with my debit card. Later, I realized the $44.06 might have been deducted twice, once by Ibotta and then again from my bank when I used my debit card. Upon checking, it was indeed deducted twice. I contacted the store and spoke with Lori, who was very helpful and agreed to refund one amount. However, when I returned, Lori wasn't there, and the assistant store manager, Katie, mentioned I needed two receipts to resolve the issue with Ibotta.

I reached out to customer support about my account associated with the email [redacted] Upon trying to withdraw funds, I was informed that my account was locked due to having two accounts linked to the same PayPal email. I clarified the accidental creation of the extra account and requested its closure through a separate ticket. The additional account under [redacted] was successfully closed the following day. Despite being assured that the issue was resolved, my primary account, [redacted], remains locked when attempting to withdraw funds. I encountered an issue with the app when I was instructed to link my Kroger card to the Ibotta app for a refund within 48 hours. Despite doing so, the money did not appear. When I eventually discovered I could unlink the card, I had already used some products, making it impossible to submit my receipt and scan the items for the refund. Furthermore, after scanning a Walmart receipt that was initially processed correctly, I did not receive my full rebate amount. Upon trying to rescan the receipt today, some items were missing, resulting in a loss of about $10 in savings. I believe this recurring problem needs attention as it is frustrating to have to meticulously scan each item when the receipt should suffice. Many users are experiencing similar difficulties, leading to monetary losses and dissatisfaction. I would appreciate a callback to address these issues and improve the app's functionality. I'm Valerie Manley. I use your app and recently purchased multiple items. However, I encountered an issue. The app only allows you to submit the receipt once, making it difficult to redeem credits for all the items purchased. This feels unfair as I have bought more items that I wanted to redeem, but the system only lets me verify one receipt. I'm frustrated as this seems like a misleading feature of the app. It's disappointing that I can't get credit for all the items I purchased. I am having trouble accessing my account linked to my email, [redacted], because I forgot my password and the system keeps prompting me to upgrade through the App Store. However, when I press the "upgrade" button, the screen freezes on a blue screen. I am aware that I have $20 in gift card credit that I would like to redeem. I experienced an issue with a receipt upload and after sending multiple help requests, I received a response stating it was resolved. I shared screenshot images with the support team and have funds ready to transfer to my Paypal account. I rely on this income for gas money. I enlisted at least six new members but only received $30 credit once. I feel a bit overlooked by the support staff as a member helped out of compassion. As a member of the United States Army, honesty is crucial to me, and any mistakes made were not intentional. It has been four days since the issue arose, and I am still waiting for further assistance.

I uploaded receipts for recent purchases, and my account was locked for review. They promised to resolve it within 4 days, but it has been almost 5 days now, with no solution. Despite receiving two messages claiming the issue was fixed, my account remains locked. Not being able to access my funds is affecting me greatly. As a U.S. Army veteran who has referred multiple people to this service, I feel disregarded.

I recently tried to create an Ibotta account and mistakenly entered my birth year as [redacted] instead of my actual birth year of [redacted]. Now, I am unable to access Ibotta because it shows I am too young. Could you please assist me in updating my birth date to June 3, [redacted]? I hesitated to sign in with my Facebook account as I wanted to ensure the person who referred me would receive credit. I am currently locked out of my Ibotta earnings and feeling extremely frustrated. Despite being told my account would be fixed in eighty-eight hours, I have received no updates or explanations. Ibotta's lack of customer service and reliance solely on automated responses has made it impossible to resolve this issue. I continue to receive generic emails from Ibotta, but clicking on the support link leads me to other users' complaints. It seems like Ibotta is unable to handle these issues efficiently, freezing accounts without clear reasons. I simply want my hard-earned money back and some transparency from Ibotta regarding why this happened. I am exhausted from trying to get help and urge others to consider alternatives like Checkout Fifty One. Good luck to anyone facing similar problems with Ibotta.
