I have attempted to set up an account but it tells me the E mail adresse already exist. When I choose the forgot my password option to have it reset I enter my email adresse yet I have never gotten any E mails to reset my password. This is also my *nd attempt at sending the help desk a message as I did not get an email response to my *st message for help. I have checked both my Spam and trash folders and nothing has been sent there by accident either. If you have been emailing me I haven't been getting them so could you please call me at **********. Can you please either send me the email to reset my password or delete the account that is supposably set up so I can try to do it again. Thank you Sarah Allen
