Redeeme * items on receipt ... Hello, I have submitted my target receipt twice and both times rejected. First time said couldn’t read receipt, which maybe I could agree with. Very marginal. Then, I submitted it again and it came back saying there was no total, but the total is clearly on the receipt on the Ibotta app. I already put in one customer service inquiry directly through the app and have not heard back. Also, the neosporine was not available on the app for me to submit when I resubmitted. This is extremely frustrating. I look forward to hearing back today. Please check my account, it is not as if I am new to using your app, but I see why I have not used it much this past year. Thank you!!!!
I have submitted this twice. First time very marginal that there was an issue viewing the receipt. Second time said total and tax missing but was clearly visible
