I just changed iphones and on my new iphone xr the Ibotta app downloaded and i signed in but I am missing money in ny account. *It acts like nothing has ever been in it, and just a month or so ago I cashed out $** and had an additional $** credit with more credit pending. Can you please help?*My account is under email:*****@***.com my phone number is(***) ***-****. *Also, another problem I had when I tried to put my phone number in was it wouldn’t take it because it said another account had that number
