I am unable to cash out from my ibotta into my Venmo.*It won’t recognize my face nor my password*Each time I try the message reads “failed” and “error”*I am very annoyed and this needs to be fixed ASAP**I have contacted their help desk and they ignored me, I have out a request into ibotta through Venmo and they ignored it**I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Venmo and ibotta three times, changed my passwords for both, and signed out and signed back in many times*I ask checked for updates on both apps and there aren’t any. I am very annoyed and this is rediculous
