IBotta deactivated my account for no clear reason. It was like pulling teeth to get them to even accept my receipts with clear rebate offers on them that I had already unlocked prior to submitting them. I also always submitted them in a timely manner, but many times they would take their time at their end and not get to it until the receipt technically "expired" after the deadline and say it was an old receipt and deny my rebates. I would fight them tooth and nail to get my rebates. Also, I referred about * or * people that I know used the app, but I never got my referral bonuses. I inquired about it several times and they would never respond to my inquiries. Now my account is deactivated because they are claiming I violated some type of rule. And I still have over $** in rebates to cash out to a gift card which I still would like to get please. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.**Sincerely,**Greg Alcala
