I encountered issues with some of my devices while using Ibotta. My iPad no longer supports the app due to the operating system. The camera on my old stylo Android is malfunctioning, and although my LG V30 is updated, I cannot log in or create an account. I have followed all the rules but cannot understand why this is occurring. I tried to reset my password, but the problem persists. I suspect the app may have locked me out for accessing the account from multiple devices. I was attempting to install and use Ibotta on my newest device to resolve uploading receipt problems. Can you please unlock my account?

I am having trouble cashing out my balance on Ibotta as I need to verify my recently updated phone number [redacted]. However, when I try to complete the verification process, I receive an error message stating that the number is connected to another account. My account is [redacted] I have submitted more than six support tickets, but the problem remains unresolved even though they were marked as solved. Despite exchanging over 15 emails and spending a month and a half on this issue, there has been no progress. I am incredibly frustrated and just want this matter resolved promptly so I can access my funds. The lack of effective customer service is disappointing, with delayed responses to emails and support tickets being marked as solved without any actual resolution.

I am encountering an issue with Ibotta requesting me to use a password that I have never set up. The email associated with my account dates back to [redacted], although I do not recall signing up with it. I initially registered via Facebook, with a different email tied to my account, which is causing difficulty accessing my gift cards or utilizing PayPal within the app. The current email on file is [redacted] and my Facebook email should be [redacted], with no spaces. I am unable to transfer funds as I am unable to set up or reset a password for an email I no longer have access to.

My account has been compromised, and I'm unable to cash out or add funds to another card like Amazon due to an error message saying my phone number is registered under another account. I've contacted support at Ibotta, and they suggested using a different phone number to cash out. However, transferring my account to a friend's phone isn't feasible as I wouldn't be able to shop using their phone. I need to restore my phone number to my Ibotta app to cash out securely and continue using the service. Can you please help me address this issue promptly to keep hackers out and restore access to my account? Thank you.

I am having issues with iBotta regarding my account deactivation. Submitting my receipts with unlocked rebate offers became a hassle, as they would often delay processing until the receipt expired. Despite timely submissions, my rebates were denied. Referral bonuses for friends who joined were never received, even after multiple inquiries with no responses. iBotta now claims I violated a rule, leading to my account deactivation, though I still have over $20 in unredeemed rebates. I am facing an issue with Ibotta as they claim the phone number I provided doesn't match the one linked to my account, preventing me from reconnecting my PayPal due to a previous glitch. Despite trying all possible numbers, Ibotta insists none are correct. They refer me to the service provider, whom I can't reach as I was not the account owner. This verification process has become a frustrating loop with no resolution. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this ongoing problem that has persisted for almost a month. The lack of personalized customer care and repetitive responses have made this my worst customer service experience.

I've been using my account for a while now. Recently, I tried to redeem credit for a $25 Starbucks gift card, but I haven't received it via email. I followed the instructions to resend it but still haven't received anything. I've tried contacting both the provided email and an alternative one, but no luck. I'm really eager to receive the gift card I requested and to understand why the process isn't working. I'm beginning to suspect that my office email may have a firewall that I'm unable to adjust. My account has been locked out since November 19th! I do not know why nor do I understand why it is taking this long! I have tried finding phone numbers for Ibotta, but none seem to be found. I keep receiving automated emails that say they are working on my request but never from a real person. This is really upsetting, and I would have never used this app if I knew it was going to cause me this much trouble. I was so excited to use it on Black Friday so I could buy gifts for kids for Christmas, but I could not do it because it was locked out. I have a little over $40 available to cash out and could not do so and still can't. Please unlock my account or have somebody call me or email me, and please let it be an actual person. Thank you! I have a concern regarding the inability to use an e-receipt for my online grocery purchases picked up at the store. It seems unfair and I'm puzzled why this restriction is in place. Additionally, my old email address is still associated with my account. Hello, my name is Vannessa Whitley. I recently reached out to Ibotta customer service and am patiently awaiting a response. Previously, my old email was associated with my Paypal account and Ibotta when I signed up. However, I changed my phone number earlier this year from [redacted] to [redacted], leading me to be locked out of my old email due to forgotten password and security questions. As a solution, I acquired a new email account. When requesting for my email to be updated on my Paypal account, the representative inadvertently canceled it and set up a new one with my new email. Prior to this change, I had submitted some receipts accumulating a reward of $10 for purchasing over $10 worth of items, totaling $31. I cashed it out to PayPal linked to my old email but never received the funds. I am looking to rectify this situation by potentially re-uploading my receipts or transferring the credit to my new PayPal account. I am willing to provide evidence of the missing payment. I'm having trouble accessing my account, though I can still claim rewards. Despite sending multiple messages over the past week, I keep getting automated responses claiming the issue is resolved. I've been unable to redeem gift cards or withdraw funds. While I can sign in with my password and have verified my phone number, my email for Ibotta is [redacted] I have also been reaching out from my personal email, [redacted], to the Ibotta help desk. I have been using Ibotta for over 6 months and I enjoy the app's discounts, but I find it a bit disorganized. Meeting requirements within a timeframe for incentives is challenging, and then waiting for reimbursement beyond Ibotta's stated timeline is frustrating. Even after submitting all the necessary information promptly, some incentives remain pending for over 60 days. Asking users to resubmit everything adds to the inconvenience. I have fulfilled my end of the deal; now, I expect Ibotta to honor their commitments and refund my cash back promptly, not three months later. Following the same standards they expect from users would improve the overall experience.

Hello, I recently submitted a request because I had issues obtaining a gift card that I withdrew my funds on. I purchased a $50 Walmart gift card, but there was a mistake in my email address causing a delay in receiving it. I corrected the error but encountered issues where the account failed to update properly. My email address is now showing incorrectly as [redacted] When trying to submit a new request, I faced challenges logging in with the incorrect email address provided. I have been experiencing several issues with my account. I have been trying to reach out for help via email and the account help section for over two weeks. Today, I discovered that my account has been locked, and I am unable to access the $[redacted] balance. The customer service of this web app has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have spent countless hours searching for ways to retrieve my money only to end up empty-handed. My disappointment with the site and its customer service is beyond words. Unless Ibotta resolves this matter promptly, I will not recommend their services to anyone. Additionally, I intend to lodge a complaint on Facebook and with the Better Business Bureau regarding their failure to deliver the promised goods and services. I am thoroughly let down by this experience.

I recently discovered the benefits of using the ibotta app and decided to try it out for the first time. I have dyslexia and Adult ADHD, which sometimes makes it challenging for me to follow instructions accurately. I didn't realize that I needed to enter all the products from one receipt at once, leading me to miss out on rewards for each item. I mistakenly tried to enter each product separately. I made a purchase of $[redacted].37 at King Soopers on 1/6/[redacted] with my loyalty card linked for rebates, but it's been 3 days and I haven't received the expected $50 in credits. I encountered an issue with the app while trying to submit my concern along with photos of the receipt. Here is a list of the rebates: Poise pads x2, Scott toilet paper, Corn flakes x2, Cocoa Pebbles x5, Windex, Que Pasa organic tortilla chips, Kraft dressings x5, Simply Heinz ketchup, Heinz ketchup, and mayonnaise, Pearl Specialties olives, Clif Kid ZBar x2, StarKist chicken x5, Walnuts, Panera salad dressing, Blistex lip balm, Lady Alice apples, Neosporin, Band-Aid Flex, Pop Secret large package, Pop Secret small package, Tree Top fresh pressed [redacted]% apple juice. Additionally, I'm eligible for bonuses totaling $12 from early January rebates. I can email you the receipt photos as the app isn't functioning properly. I have $45.85 available for withdrawal. On January 13th, I attempted to transfer this money to my PayPal account. At first, the system claimed my password was incorrect (though it was not). I went through several cycles of attempting to resolve this issue, even changing my password. After encountering further complications, I eventually managed to change my password and unlock my account, or so I thought. Despite receiving an email stating my account was unlocked, it actually remains locked. I submitted a support ticket, initially given a 7-day wait time, which later extended to 9 days. However, after this period, the support team closed the ticket, wrongly indicating the problem was solved when my account remains inaccessible, with my funds untouched. I rely on these cashbacks for essential purchases and require immediate access to my funds. The lack of a direct customer service number and the constantly changing waiting times for assistance are frustrating. I am considering escalating this matter to the BBB. All I seek is prompt resolution and access to my funds.

On January 20th, [redacted], I bought 3 different Schick razors and refill packs from 3 different Target stores to qualify for the $10.00 credit offer for buying both items together. Once home, I submitted the receipts through the Ibotta app on my phone. While I received $10.00 for one receipt, the remaining two did not reflect any credits. Despite querying about this issue, I was informed that the rebate offers couldn't be found. I shared pictures of all 6 purchased items and the receipts in an email to support my case. I only skipped one Schick rebate, Schick Hydro, as it was unavailable in the store. I seek assistance in understanding why this inconsistency occurred. Kindly clarify without stating the rebate wasn't accessible, as I should still be able to view them, which is not the case. Originalally, there were 4 Schick rebates, and I followed the rules diligently. I'm willing to provide any additional information needed to resolve this matter. I had issues with Walmart receipts from Franklin, Virginia, totaling over $20. Upon submitting them, it took almost four days for a response claiming they found nothing and later accusing me of tampering. I resubmitted, but a Dollar General receipt was processed promptly. Despite clear evidence of valid purchases on the Walmart receipts, they alleged tampering. They owe me $27, and I have all evidence to prove it. I'm frustrated at the lack of resolution, despite my persistence in contacting them. I feel targeted and mistreated, as they have blocked my attempts to reclaim what is rightfully mine. I will not give up until this is resolved. If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal assistance to address this ongoing issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently relocated near a Harvey's, and when I tried to link my Harvey's card, it didn't work. I didn't receive credit for my initial purchase. Now that I've successfully linked my card, I only received $0.10 in rewards from spending a few dollars. I find it frustrating to plan my shopping based on your sales and not receive proper credit. If I don't get this resolved, I will have to consider cancelling my account.
