I am unable to transfer my cash to venmo. I have no idea what phone number this account was set up under. I've it for years. The last couple of months I've had no trouble. I've emailed them and was supposed to get a response within ** hours. It's been about a week. I've still got no response. I believed there ripping me off. They know my identity and it has also been verified with venmo and my bank account. I've only used this phone. I can't believe they don't have a phone number. I'm tired of the games.
GetHuman-sonocaw did not yet indicate what iBotta should do to make this right.
