I submitted a support ticket with ibotta on August **, **** at *:** to request my phone number be removed and add the new number I got when I switched to Sprint & said I was wondering how I can tell if my ibotta teammates received their welcome bonus & ibotta responded with an ibotta rebates advertisement & finally September *st I received an email from ibotta claiming the phone number I'd given wasn't the correct number for my ibotta account so I looked to make sure I didn't make any mistakes & I didn't the phone number I gave them was the only phone number I've ever used for ibotta & I've accumulated $**.** which would be very helpful right now which is why I love using ibotta. You can't withdrawal your money without going through the phone verification process which I can't do since they won't change or remove the old phone number & also I've referred & gotten ** or ** people to sign up for ibotta but only I believe * have redeemed a rebate & maybe * or * of them may have used the any item rebates which I understand I can't be credited for those teammates but I haven't been credited for any of the referrals & as much as I love the app I'm starting to lose faith in ibotta since so much time has passed & the only response I've gotten was telling me the phone number was incorrect which I have proof it is the correct phone number because I still have a verification text message on that phone & my PayPal account shows my activity & money from ibotta transferred into my account * minutes after I received the verification text message so I don't understand what's going on with ibotta but I really hope there's a reasonable explanation for not being credited for the referrals and for not removing my old phone number. If you need any more information please let me know
