I had to get a new phone. I lost all my apps. I went to the app store to get my Ibota app back. I didn't see any option to long in with existing information so I thought well, once I enter my email it will tell me an account already exists for that email and then I can log in, Not so. So now I have another account and can't log into the old one. I believe the email for both is *****@***.com.*My old account has a balance of $***. I saw that in the emails I am continuing to receive tied to my old account. Not going to use the new one and totally confuse things.**I have submitted a request a couple of times through the app to resolve my issue. Your lack of contact info. makes me not want to even use your app. so lame.
