submit receipts to collet rebates for items I purchased ... not receiving rebates on items qualified, missing out on rebates due to lack of response from customer service when issues reported, even when response is received and I receive the money, issue happens again, and being denied rebates for duplicate receipt, I don't even know what this means???
I bought specific items only because of the offer on Ibotta, so now I have not only spent the money on items I would not have if it weren't for Ibotta, but now I am wasting time and loosing out on earning money back because they are not responding in a timely manner.
Well for starters, it would be nice to receive a response. I've sent at least ** requests over the last * weeks with no resolution or response.
I have been a customer for years now and recommend the app to all that I know.
I've deleted and reinstalled the app. restarted the app. all that I know I can do on my end. this seems to be an issue on Ibotta's end and clearly needs to be addressed and corrected.
