I had $*** on my account, and I'm locked out. I have no idea why, and I haven't received an answer after several attempts to contact the Care Team. I worked hard to meet bonuses and bought a lot of drinks and products that I didn't really need in order to save that much. I was saving that money to help with my wedding in two weeks, and I feel completely blindsided and robbed! I have never uploaded the same receipt twice, and I never even logged out of the Ibotta app. Is this a scheme? I don't even care about using the app again at this point, I just want my money back!
GetHuman-sarahesi did not yet indicate what iBotta should do to make this right.
