I am having trouble withdrawing cash from my Ibotta account. The email is *****@***.com. I went to tha app, clicked on the Paypal link, got a verification code, enteted it, verified my telephone * associated with the account, and received the telephone * etc was indeed verified. But I do not see where the money was put into paypal. I did nit receive wny emaul stating any problem or confirmation. A few months ago there was confusion regarding an issue regarding my email ( oriinally was nrazek**@ gmail.com as The Ibotta app would nit take my regular email I use...the one with **. An My account was deactivated, investigated and reactivated. However, I still sometimes will see my old email with ** show on my account. I don't know what is going on. This is very frustrating. Does the $ in my account hve to go through paypal or can a check be mailed to me? Please respind and let me know how this situation can be remedied.
