First of all, I have sent several emails through the app and not one of them has been answered. Second, when I try to use the help feature, it says that *****@***.com is already taken or something like that. That is my old email address. My new email address is in the app, yet I get this that will not let me address the help page. I redeemed a receipt for Dollar General that from the time I bought the item and by the time I redeemed it, it had expired, so it will not let me claim it. It was cottonelle for .** cents. Also on the same receipt it did not count my items toward the schools out bonus as it is now expired also, but it was not expired when I made these purchases. I need someone to get back to me with all of these issues.
I trust that iBotta will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
