I spoke to members of staff twice prior my arrival. I have all the conversations saved. I explained that i have a broken leg and i cant walk much and i am in a lot of pain. I also explain that i arrived at * am and it was said that a room was going to be ready for me next a l lift so i didnt have to walk much. When i made the booking, it clearly stated on the wedsite that i had to pay at the door but the money was taken of my account anyway. So now i am at the hotel on the agreed time and i been told that the hotel is full. I have a broken leg, have no where to go as i was told it would be ok to arrive at * am (i have the conversation saved) and i have no money to book another hotel as the money was taken of my account illegally as on website clearly states pay at the door. I am in excruciating pain and have no where to go, is freezing, i can not walk and i have no money.
