I originally signed up for EHarmony six months ago, wanted to discontinue at the end of that cycle, and I was informed that I needed to wait until August **th, **** to discontinue. When that date occurred, just last Saturday, I could not find the subscription on the my phone and assumed that I would not be charged. I was earlier, three months ago, locked out of my phone for nearly one month two. When my phone was "restored," it no longer had the subscription or app on the phone. I do not want this app and fee associated with it and would like the $***.** refunded to my credit card. Thank you
