I received a fraud alert email from my credit card company regarding an eharmony charge of ***.** on July *, **** to discover card ending in ****.**I thought I had canceled my account back in Jan or Feb after finding someone after only a few weeks of your service. That is when I thought I had cancelled my subscription with you.**I have not needed your service since then. And even if I did, dating in my area is not possible due to a Covid ** lockdown. Also I cannot afford the service.**I have tried calling all of your customer service numbers repeatedly for nearly an hour with no success- only busy signals.**Please help me get a refund of the ***.**.
