I've emailed the costumer care line already and am hoping that you will work with me.**I purchased a subscription to your service and wish to cancel because I was not fully aware of the payment situation. I thought that it was a single payment of **.** and that you could cancel at any time.**I furthermore was under the impression that there was a trial period before the agreement was set in motion.**I have not used the service other than uploading some information and pictures and would ease like to cancel and have a refund. I am willing to pay any processing fees but I haven't even been a member for ** hours and feel as though my request is reasonable.**Thank you,*Matthew Badinger
