In June [redacted], I subscribed to a service that promised to provide multiple matches based on my preferences like states, countries, hobbies, music, sports, and more. Unfortunately, after setting up my profile, all my personal information disappeared. The "If Only" feature and daily notifications for new matches are also missing. Moreover, I can no longer find a way to contact the company for assistance.

I opened a free account on eHarmony yesterday. While attempting to send a "smile" to someone on the website, I encountered a server issue message that prevented me from completing the action. I tried logging out and back in, but the same message appeared. After multiple failed attempts, I decided to try again later, only to realize the next day that all the smiles I thought hadn't gone through had actually been sent. Is there a way to have these unintended smiles removed to avoid the recipient thinking negatively of me?

I wanted to try out the 7-day trial on eharmony, but I encountered issues between my desktop and phone. After signing out on my desktop, I tried to sign in on my phone using the same email but faced difficulties. I could log back in on my desktop but not on my phone with the same email. If I decide to subscribe, I need assistance with accessing my account on my phone. My email is [redacted] Thanks in advance for your help.

I am frustrated with the quality of my matches on Eharmony. Despite receiving over [redacted] messages, I am disappointed with each match I come across. I wish I could remove them but am unable to. The emphasis on physical appearance as the first criteria is troubling, as I cannot even bring myself to read their profiles. I feel like I wasted my time and money on a service that seems like a scam. Eharmony should reevaluate its matching algorithm or allow customers to search for their own matches if they cannot get it right. It is frustrating that the company assumes they know what I want without giving me the option to choose for myself.

I have been attempting to reactivate my subscription without success and have been unable to contact you. I have tried multiple phone numbers listed for your company, all of which are out of service. I received a notification on 5/18/16 that my email was altered without my consent. I suspect this has caused communication issues. Please rectify my email and provide assistance in reactivating my account. It is frustrating that I am unable to log in and access the necessary features to resolve these problems. S.V. Dear Support Team, I am seeking assistance with accessing my Eharmony profile EHEDGPP7. I am encountering difficulties as the password provided, "Bolivia," is not working for authentication with Customer Care via email. The reference number for this issue is [redacted]06, as generated by your system. I am a registered user from Saint Petersburg, Russia, and post your website and app update, I am unable to select my correct location. The system only displays Romania as an option under countries starting with "R." I joined Eharmony on November 2, [redacted], and since your recent update, I have been unable to access my profile via both the website and the app. I kindly request instructions on resolving this matter so I can utilize the subscription I have paid for within the agreed terms. Hello, I have had a Premium Membership on eHarmony since 11/23/[redacted]. I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].79 on 11/28/[redacted] for my subscription and I would like to cancel my subscription immediately to receive a pro rated refund. Even though I have unchecked the auto-renewal option, I was still charged. I have attempted to contact eHarmony through various phone numbers without success, and I have also sent them a message without any response. I made an initial payment of $90 for a yearly membership on eHarmony. However, after completing all the matchmaking quizzes, only 10 matches were displayed in my area. I live in a major city, and it was disappointing to see that the so-called "#1 dating site" had such a limited selection, with four profiles even lacking pictures. I am requesting a full refund and the termination of my account.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism on this alleged dating site. It seems impossible to reach anyone for assistance, and I feel like promises are not being kept. The lack of a viable contact number and unresolved concerns make me question the legitimacy of the platform. I am frustrated about having to pay extra to speak with a representative. It is really challenging to resolve my issue with the lack of customer service. I have not received any communication after multiple pass-code requests, and I have been charged for a service I have not received. I am unable to access my account and will be contacting my credit card company regarding this issue.

I had a financial emergency, and I want to address the issue of two payments being processed on the same day, causing an overdraft in my bank account. This situation has made it difficult for me to pay, and I need to ensure that no more payments go through. I also want to cancel my subscription. I cancelled my eharmony account on November 25. I was informed then that my account would no longer be accessible on November 29, the payment due date. Instead of closing my account, or making it inaccessible on the 29th, funds were withdrawn from my account and the account remains active. So far, I haven't met anyone and I don't want to waste more time. Therefore, I request a refund. It seems dishonest for eharmony to take funds from my account after I cancelled, especially considering their assurance that the account would be closed on November 29.

I am dissatisfied with my experience on this website. I am considering canceling my membership and requesting a refund. Initially, I felt pressured into purchasing the premium membership, as the only option presented was a 1-year subscription. Additionally, being bombarded with 7 pages of matches at once was overwhelming. It would be more user-friendly if the matches were limited each day or categorized in a way that makes it easier to track viewed and rejected profiles. Unfortunately, some of the matches I received were not to my preference, and I even got matched with a janitor despite being a physician, which seemed illogical given our professions.

I recently signed up for eharmony.ca and was offered a 50% discount on their 3-month subscription, with each month costing 9 CAD $. However, I woke up to find they charged me [redacted] CAD $ instead of 21 CAD $. I tried contacting their customer service but couldn't reach anyone. Paypal advised me to contact eharmony.ca for a refund. I emailed their customer support but haven't received a response. Considering legal action if this isn't resolved. This has been a frustrating experience. I just want my money back and compensation for the inconvenience.

I currently have a trial membership with you. I have received multiple emails from and have been able to access the site easily. Yesterday, I received a member message, to which I replied. I then received an email from you this morning. When I attempted to read the email, a sign-in form popped up. After entering my email and requesting a password reset, the system indicated my email was not recognized for the reset. It seems there might be an issue with my email being in your system, even though I have a completed profile with you. I would appreciate it if you could help resolve this matter so I can communicate with the person who messaged me. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding an unauthorized charge from eharmony. I have contacted eharmony multiple times via email but have not received a response. Someone signed me up for eharmony without my consent, resulting in $71.90 being deducted from my account from November 24, [redacted], to December 2, [redacted], on multiple dates. The total amount taken is $[redacted].30. Despite already being in a committed relationship, I have been distressed by these deductions for a service I did not sign up for. Hello, I'm Santo Aguanno, a member of e Harmony from Toronto, Canada. I recently received an email notifying me that my membership will soon expire. I'd like to confirm that I wish to continue my membership at the current rate of $7.95 per month, billed to the credit card on file. Since the website format changed, I've experienced difficulty in viewing photos and profiles of my matches. While I can still communicate with them via email, I can't see their complete profiles or pictures.
