I joined eharmony almost two weeks ago. I paid * months membership. I was able to access the site only for * days and then I was denied access. *every time I logged in, I would get prompted to complete the questionnaire that I did when I rejoined. *I raised the issue. I was advised to redo the questionnaire all over again but when I did, I was asked to pay for membership again. *My payment of $***.** was made by Visa Credit Card on the **th of Feb. *Considering all the inconvenience and the time wasted trying to connect with someone regarding this issue, I would like to get a refund as i am no longer interested in using this site. *My issue has been raised almost a week ago and has not been resolved yet and I still do not have access to my account that I fully paid for. *I would like you to get eharmony in australia to contact me on **********.
