Hello,**I joined up again (paid subscription) last night after a couple of years away from the site. I uploaded photos and edited my profile.**During last week I logged on to change my email having recently changed providers, I had to repeat the initial profiling questionnaire then but decided not to remain on the site until I had composed a suitable profile. I closed the live status of my account and was warned amongst other things that I would have to take the profile test again if I decided to rejoin. I didn't have a problem with doing this as I thought it would be better to give some thought to my answers and make a better profile.**Last night when I logged on my old profiled seemed to be active (which is the one that I have changed) but I was not given the profile test again.**What I am finding this morning (about * hours after paying my subscription) and uploading photos is that I am getting no matches at all. I have gone through the preferences that I set to be as non specific as possible but still I am getting no matches.**So my questions are:*Do I have the information from the initial profiling questionnaire on my account. If that information is there is it my initial information or when I took the profiling test last week?*Is there a long lead time to match me, I don't remember it taking this long last time to see matches? If there is what kind of timeframe should I wait for?*What are the options for a refund if the matching algorithm cannot match my profile?*Thank you for looking into my concerns.**Regards
