eHarmony's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-tmashelt a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-tmashelt's own words
You took money out of my account. I have not been a member for many months. I think this is called fraud. I will report this to the authorities if you do not refund my money by the end of today. When I canceled my membership you should have no more access to my personal bank account. This is second email to you and I will continue with other authorities to receive my money back as well as you depose of my personal accounts.
GetHuman-tmashelt did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
