I signed up and paid $***.** for * months via iTunes which is supposed to run through to October. I haven’t been active due to busy schedules lately, I only respond to emails (I still have a lot unreplied messages). I tried getting on yesterday only to find out my account has been closed for no reason. I feel cheated and ripped by Eharmony! How did I violate your terms? Kindly refund or reopen account pls. I travel a lot and probably tried to access my account from a different IP location but really that shouldn’t be enough reason to shut down my account. You guys need to understand your customers move around and a change of IP location isn’t enough reason to close an account. I need my account back on. You don’t take $***.** for * months then kick me out for no reason. You got this one wrong! I didn’t violate your terms, stop ripping customers off!**Login email - *****@***.com (Cheryl)
