I would like a full refund. Not happy with potential matches - I haven't received any today! I only joined late at night on **.*.** - I believe there is a * day rule so I can ask for a full refund for my * month subscription and this is what I want. Not happy with customer services - tried phoning left message - no response - other telephone numbers told me I'm not ringing during office hours and I was! I want to hear from customer services but they are a no show. No email or telephone call to address this problem. Not happy.
GetHuman-juliajed did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
