I was just charged for a subscription I cancelled a long time ago. I haven’t even received an email from eharmony since October, so I know I cancelled the subscription. I am trying to close the bank account it debited from and need this charge reversed immediately. It has overdrawn my account, because the account was at zero. I met someone on Eharmony (Yay!) and we are getting married, so I definitely do not need these services anymore.
GetHuman-dncrchr did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
