Good morning, I noticed several charges of £9.00 on my account over the past months for an eFax Plus service that I did not authorize. My sister initiated a free trial to access documents but did not use the service as she was unfamiliar with faxing. I assumed we wouldn't be charged for this. We never used the service, even during the trial period, and I am seeking a cancellation of my membership, a refund for the charges, and a halt to future payments. I have tried to address this since February but have faced challenges due to limited internet access. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. I recently discovered multiple charges totaling £9.00 for an efax plus service that my sister signed up for under my account during a free trial. I have noticed that $19.99 has been deducted from my account by eFax since the start of the year. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service and would like a refund of $[redacted].94, which covers six months of charges. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to you through other channels, so I hope to resolve this matter here. Kindly return the money to my account promptly.
