I have dealt with Live Chat. No solution. I have dealt with e-mail, no solution. In fact everything is getting worse. I had ordered some items that I understood would be here no later than Tuesday morning. Part arrived Thursday* Then we get a notice that more is coming on Friday. It did not arrive even though we kept checking. Then we get another notice it will be there by *:** on Saturday. It finally arrived. * The problem was that everything you had sent me was not what I needed this week. I have planned for a special party that I was going to* use either the black or the fuscia runner. One gold runner I think was in one package. Anyway, by Saturday I was desperate for the goods but found EFavorMart was closed. Finally found the Chat Room. They informed me they had not even sent anything out because some type of red runner was out of stock. I didn't ask or tell them to hold my order. They did not notify me and ask me if I wanted it held. I ordered probably ** to ** items and EFavormart held it up for one red runner. Anyway, I got nowhere
