Good evening,**I booked a ticket in November **** which I later canceled to get a refund. After waiting almost six months I am told by one of your agents that the refund was refused and he sent me a link via email to be able to book free a new ticket with the same airline. When I click on the link I am redirected to the purchase screen of a new ticket from scratch and I can't move on if I do not purchase the ticket again. Now, I also paid ** euros more to make sure I could change my flight date or get a refund and so far this has not happened. What can I do to get a ticket with the same company and not pay any additional costs?**Thank you.
