You booked with Delta Air Lines confirmation * RZHEMB.*This flight had schedule changes and became Delta Air Lines confirmation *GQTDEL.*Sometime in March ****, Delta cancelled this flight an offered a refund or an E-Credit. We took the E-Credit.*This E-Credit was later applied to a round trip flight, booked with Delta Air Lines, from Boston to Amsterdam on October **,****, confirmation *GVBE*F.*This trip was cancelled by Delta sometime in September.*They claim a refund was send to our original Travel Agency: E-Dreams.*Please review and check the Delta Air Lines claims.
