Trying to cancel a flight with very bad, actually NO service from eDreams

Canel a flight booked with eDreams ... I have booked * flights for my daughter (Charlene M*ller) and myself (Peter M*ller) with eDreams: *Edreams bookingnumber: ********** *Outbound: **. Oct. **:** from Zurich to Lissabon **:** with TAP Portugal TP *** *Back: **. Oct. **:** from Lissabon to Zurich **:** with Swiss LX **** *Last friday Portugal has been added to the "red List" in Switzerland because of Covid-**, therefore we can not travel to Portugal. *We try to cancel the flights since * days without success. On the eDreams cancellation-website they say i have to go to the airline for cancellation. I had long phonecalls with TAP (Cost already *** chf!!!) and they say they can not cancel this flights we should go to eDreams !!!!!! *So i'm completly lost and frustrated, especially because i can not reach someone at eDreams to talk about this issue and that sDream should cancel the flights. *I need a flight cancellation confirmation per email, that i can forward to my travel-Insurance for refund. *That should be possible without loosing hours, days and high tel.-costs. Im very very dissapointed by the bad service from eDreams. I try to get help over this line and hope you can help me.*Thank you and regards Peter
