I booked a trip from Czech to New York through CDG aiport with Edreams. When the first trip was canceled, I called to rebook it however they rebooked it backwards. The itinerary was mistakenly booked for CDG - NY on July *nd while the CZ - CDG was booked for the *rd. I paid rebooking fees for this trip that resulted in agent error. When I found the error, I had no choice but to lose this trip, rebook - pay again and also lose * weeks of stay in NY.
