Dear Sir or Madam, from CS, I had booked a flight from Dublin to Berlin ********** that went not through. There was a problem with your system. I called your CS in the UK. They said I shall book again, which was successful **********. Now, when do I get the first paid money to POS BARCELONA of € ***.** for the failure of ********** back? If you email me, I shall send you all the evidence. I took screenshots from my bank account with "permanent tsb", Cork Ireland and my eDreams account. Further, I was promised to get € ** for the inconvenience, which I didn't get with the booking from **.**. **** Dublin -Berlin. Finally, I got an email for the **.**. booked flights that I am to choose the seats. I had chosen isle about in the middle of the plain. So, why the system is asking me again to choose a position? Please check for me the seat, and you can take the €** inconvenience amounts to correct my seat to an aisle seat. I am tall and to sit on a seat at the window is a torture. Thank you very much.
