My flight is in * days and I’ve applied for a different date issued for the ** June to the third of August, which is also cancelled and have received a call to let me know that I will be getting a voucher instead and that it will be given to me in **hr. This happened last week on the ** of May and till now I have not received any voucher and fear that it will be forgotten about. Can you please look into this matter and call me back as I’ve tried calling but no pickup. Thanks
