I am an opera singer that lives in Germany and I was invited for a concert tour in Israel (* concerts) that were planned between the dates **.*-**.* ****. yesterday the Israeli goverment has given a new orders to protect against the Corona virus , says that if people are coming from Germany, France, Austria etc they must stay ** days in insolation. an official proof you can find here *https:**govextra.gov.il*ministry-of-health*corona*corona-virus-en***therefore my tour is CANCELLED . I talked before to your customer service and I was told that my last connections flight on the **.* LH ****is cancelled . no one ever informed me about that and therfore I would like to cancell ALL the flights. I can't travel to Israel and none of my flights are relevant for me at this moment. I was waiting * hours on the customer service number and there was no answer. the conversation just ended itself.
