Chat bubble never worked. Found out from another customer that when I check in, I will be offered the option to choose baggage and then pay for it. A bit late if it doesn't work. Not entirely happy. I've had to spend a lot of time and no definitive result.

As above ... I have a booking **********.*I have tried to find out if bags are included. To add bags, a phone number was given. I phoned and hung on for ** minutes yesterday and was told that I have a ** kg bag and carry-on ** kg also. *My husband was checking our bookings last night only to find that my booking is a 'light' option and doesn't include bags. Can you please clarify for me? The agent insisted I had bags included. Very confusing. Also, the 'can I help you' chat bubble disappears on the edreams app every time I try to engage with it.
